I am thrilled to bring my diverse background in public service and local government to the real estate world.  After retiring as Chief Deputy City Clerk with the City of Newport News, I transitioned into a career as a licensed real estate agent, where my deep knowledge of the City’s infrastructure, zoning regulations, government processes and community dynamics serve as a unique asset to my clients. I have knowledge in property easements, property assessment processes, property and real estate taxes, enterprise zones, etc.
In addition to my real estate career, I am a Notary Public, where I assist Lenders with real estate closings.  My attention to detail and experience in handling legal documents ensures that transactions are processed in an efficient, accurate and smooth manner.  Furthermore, I worked as an Accounting Technician with the Commissioner of the Revenue’s office for the City of Newport News, where I gained considerable knowledge in local taxation and business operations.
